HISTORY: Little is known about her very early life, but that she lived near the outskirts of Columbus, Ohio. She met Dr. Carlisle Cullen for the first time when she was 16 and had just broken her leg climbing a tree. He soon moved out of town, but Esme never forgot the experience. While she initially wanted to move West to become a school teacher, she was pressured by her parents to remain and marry. At the age of 22, she married Charles Evenson, hoping to please her parents and willing to attempt to be happy, but soon realized her husband was an abusive man. Charles abused her behind the bedroom doors, but Esme kept quiet. She wanted to be a good wife, despite Charles' abuse.

Ten years later, it was a total coincidence that she'd moved near the very town Carlisle Cullen worked in. She had gone there to hide from her abusive husband and in the hopes of starting a new life with the baby she carried. Carlisle would save Esme from her failed suicide attempt and make her part of his vampire family after she was brought in to the morgue, thought dead from the fall, but her heart was still beating. He remembered her as the girl from ten years before. Feeling the need to alleviate her suffering, he transformed Esme into a vampire, and they eventually married. The Carlisle-Esme relationship is one built on a strong spiritual and intellectual bond. Only aiding the relationship is the fact the pair are completely in love with one another. Obviously, Esme has never regreted becoming a vampire as she is able to spend eternity with the man/vampire of her dreams

Jake groweled out loud as he shifted after tying his sweat pants around his ankle. He bareley noticed when he shifted from human to wolf. He was so angry he could barley think, he was thankful evryone else was in human form. He didnt want to explain to anyone why he was angry. Images of Leah and that other guy keep flashing in his mind. It makes him want to puke. He couldent believe he saw Leah draped all over some asshole who only wanted her for her body.

Jake coudlent believe he was so mad, he had only reacted like that with one other person and that was Bella, the girl he once thought he was in love with. He had wanted to kill Edward, but now they regared each other with respect they would never be good buddies but they could now be in the same room togther. He needed Bella in his life but now he knew she could only be her friend and now he had come to accept that fact and move on.

Of course the girl he moves onto is the other one perosn he couldent want or have. He wondered if there was something wrong with him, he always seemed to attract girls who were either unavailble or didnt want him. It was like he liked to tourture himself. He couldent think of any other reason that he would fall for two girls who he coulent have. He never wanted to fall for anyone it just cause so many problems but when you fall for someone you cant help but want to be with them.

Jake didnt know when or how he fell in love with Leah, it might have been the nigt they spent patrolling togther, or the time when she showed him the complete pain of what she had been through and Jake had to admit he did feel sorry for her, they were so much alike, they had both been hurt so bad by people that didnt want them, he knew how she felt. He seemed to understand her and although they got on each other nerves there was always an underlying sexual tension between them that only they could aknowladge.


He sped up lengthing his strides he couldent imagine what possed him to go up and beat the crap out of that guy, the blood underneath his skin just set on fire with the thought of them being togther it scraped at his nevers. Jake literallly walked up to the guy and just punched him the face and contiuned to punch his the guy had no chance against Jake he was 6'7 and all muscles he knew he had broken a few bones. He had a feeling there was going to be hell to pay with Leah when she caught up with him. He had a feeling they were going to have to have a talk
