She is very brave, and understanding, as she showed when she came, with her coven, to help the Cullens reason with the Volturi. She is close friends with Bella, and is very fond of Nessie. She often acts like a little girl, getting overexcited and playing games. She is often underestimated, which gives her an advantage.

HISTORY: Maggie was born in 1993. She was an only child, living quietly with her mother and father. She lived a normal life until she was 12 years old.
One month after her 12th birthday, she was hit by a car coming home from school. She was found, lying bleeding in the street by a tall women, with scarlet eyes and icy skin. Siobhan, who pitied the poor girl, saved her, taking her back to where she lived with her mate Liam, where she began the process that would turn Maggie into a vampire.. At first, he was reluctant about allowing the little girl into the coven, but 3 days later, when Maggie awoke, he accepted her quietly. It turned out it was wise that he did. For, soon, the two older vampires discovered Maggie's strange ability - to know when someone was lying to her. After that, she became a valued member of the coven, with both Siobhan and Liam accepting her judgement without question.
Thus, Maggie was with Siobhan and Liam when they went to help the Cullens in their battle against the Volturi. During that time, Maggie became friends with Bella, and promised they would visit now and then.

My red curls quivered as I shook my head, balling my hands into little fists. People often think that because I'm small, I can't defend myself. They're wrong. I part my lips in a snarl, feeling the venom in my mouth well up, making my razor sharp teeth even more deadly.
I feel a hand on my shoulder. It's Siobhan. She's warning me to keep calm. She knows about my temper. I almost chuckle. I've got a temper to match my red hair. Reluctantly, I make myself relax, though my hands are still fists. Next time he lies, Aro will pay. He can't hide from me. I don't lie.
