Anyway here we have little Mademoiselle Tesla who's come to Forks by way of the Big Easy (New Orleans for those of you who don't know). She's new in town and is having a little trouble fitting in, but with her open and cheerful personality, she's hoping to make lots of new friends.
Except she doesn't tend to tell them her religion... Voodoo, actually 'cause most people outside of her sphere of influence think it's a bit weird or freaky. Voodoo's serious stuff involving lots of spirits and strange ingredients (to mainstream eyes that is). She tends to be pretty mysterious or creepy when it comes down to it.
She can be pretty immature, though, for her thirty-five years... wait... did I say thirty-five? But, she doesn't look thirty-five, she looks seventeen. That's because she's a halfbreed vampire and the reason she left New Orleans with her daddy is because people started to get suspicious of her and the fact that she doesn't age. She can summon and speak with spirits, often getting them to do her will, and she's pretty persuasive.
She likes Classical Music and Opera, little piggies, running, and hanging out with friends while she hates rap, sitting still, Miley Cyrus, and people who moan and complain about their lot in life. If they think their life's a bitch, she doesn't want to hear it.
