HISTORY: Jacob Ephraim Black was born on June 20th, 1990 to his mother, Sarah and father, Billy Black. His mother died a few years later. He has 2 older twin sisters, Rachel and Rebecca, who are 30. The family doesn't really keep in touch that often. Jacob and Bella knew each other from little children, making mud pies in his backyard when they were young.
When Bella moved back to Forks Jacob started telling her stories about his decedents, leading up to the discovering of the Cullen's secret. After Edward had left Bella in September because he thought she was better off without him, Bella started showing up at Jacob's house. The first time she had traveled there was on account of 2 motorbikes she had gotten from someone for free because they were so beat up. She wanted them because in dangerous situations she would hear the voice of the man who left her, Edward Cullen, who apparently had been secretly watching her to make sure she was alright.
Bella and Jacob both started hanging out more often. After Bella, Jacob, and Mike Newton, a student at Forks High School, went to the movies to see a zombie movie Jacob went home not feeling to well, where he transformed for the first time into a wolf. He had joined Sam's pack, thought to be a gang. Bella was upset over this.
Jacob would not talk to her nor see her. Later on after Bella had discovered his secret he explained it more. Bella understood and the two began hanging around again. One day Bella decided to go cliff diving out in La Push.
Jacob saved her from dyeing. Alice saw this coming and set off to the Swan residence, to comfort Charlie Swan, Bella's father. She found out that Bella was in fact still alive but Edward was going to ask the Volturi in Italy to kill him also. Bella and Alice left Jacob to go save Edward, leaving Jacob heartbroken and betrayed.
Jacob helped with the killing of Victoria. He was hurt badly and it took a few days for him to heal again, but he survived. Later on he heard about the scheduled marriage of Edward and Bella. He showed up at the wedding and almost caused a big scene.
After returning from their honeymoon Jacob went to visit her after hearing she wasn't feeling well. He thought maybe they had turned Bella into one of them. After seeing her Jacob learned Bella was pregnant with her killer. Sam and his pack came up with a plan to kill them all but Jacob disagreed and left the pack.
His followers were Leah and Seth. They went to help the Cullens. When Bella gave birth to Renesmee Jacob thought the child had killed her. He wanted to destroy it once and for all. Little did he know he imprinted on the child called Renesmee, then 4 years later he proposed to her.

Jacob's heart wrenched as Renesmee woke, hoping to have her in bed before Bella, or Edward, noticed. He looked toward Renesmee with a pained expression, he didn't want to leave her. Not now, not ever. Jacob sighed and looked into her eyes, holding her close to him as if this was the last time he would ever see her.
"Nessie..." He started in a low whisper. "Nessie, you have to go to bed now, you have to sleep and dream about all the good things, ok?" He asked her, looking to her eyes as he pulled slightly away from her so he could look at her. His eyes darkened, still tired as he embraced her in another big, squeezing hug with a smile.
"Every things going to be ok just as long as I'm here. I won't let anything touch my best friend." He told her sincerely, pulling one of Renesmee's strands of hair lightly with a slight chuckle. He loved her so much, if only she knew what he would do for her. He was happier than he had been in a long time, that is until the door opened. Jacob's head flinched to the side as he looked to the golden eyed girl he once knew. He didn't even know who she was anymore. She questioned his name.
"Thats my name, but whats yours?" He snarled slightly toward Bella, sending her a cold glare as she started to speak. The smile faded into a sad expression as he slowly stood up to face her. "What do you mean what am I doing here? I came to see my best friend." Jacob said, putting a hand onto Nessie's back as he rubbed it reassuringly.
"I needed to see her. He told Bella, without any regret. He would not allow Renesmee to take the blame, no matter what. He listened to her again as she pointed toward the hall. Jacob gave a slight smirk followed by a scruff in his voice as he turned to Renesmee, kneeling down to her so he could hug her one last time.
"I'm being summoned to the corner." He laughed as he hugged her tightly, trying not to squeeze her to hard. "I'll get this worked out Ness. Its all going to be ok." He told her in a low whisper, taking another sad moment to say goodbye. Hesitating, he unlocked his arms from around her and turned his weary, hazed eyes toward Bella once again.
Jake let out a very low growl and left Renesmee's side, looking back toward her with a wink. He passed Bella without making eye contact and stepped into the hallway, waiting on her. This had to be settled, now.
