She’s nothing like a girl, you’ve ever seen before !

Balancing against the bunker of the kitchen, Nessie sat on the work top her long slim legs hanging down. She swung them back and forth, like she used to do when she was a child. She drunk from a glass, it contained orange juice. Nothing too sickly. Wearing only a small pair of black cheerleading shorts with "angel" written on the butt in silver lettering and a small purple tank top. She had chosen to wear this because there was no one else in the house.

Jake had gone out to do a few rounds of the perimeter before lunch so they could go out together for a change. She looked out the window to the average forks day. It was cloudy, and it was getting very cold. Winter was on its way, she could feel it when she went outside. Yet right now she was sitting inside with the central heating turned up to max. She liked being warm, especially when it ment lying in Jacobs warm arms and looking into his amazing eyes.

Her bright chocolate brown eyes lowered to her stomach, beneath the flimsy material lay a small fetus. She knew it was developing, it was about 3 weeks old now. She still hadnt told jake because she was waiting for the right time. Yet whenever she went to tell him, things would crop up or her dad would pay a visit meaning she had to wipe her mind clean and think about school or something really stupid so he wouldnt even want to look at her mind.

She stopped swinging her legs, she could taste something horrid in her mouth. She ran her tongue over the back of her teeth and wrinkled her nose. She knew what was going to happen next so she ran to the bathroom as quick as she could. Bumping her knee off the side of the wall as she skidded round the corner and into the tiled bathroom. She threw up the toilet seat and was sick very noisly down it. She moaned, pushing her hair back into a bobble she was sick again.

Leaning her face on the cold wooden toilet seat, she felt terrible. She hated having morning sickness cause it always ruined her day afterwards. She just looked up to the frosted glass window feeling the putrid substance come up her throat again and make her sick once more. She was a very noisy person when she was sick. She just lay there knowing she was going to be sick again. She hoped it was over before Jake came back cause he would worry.

[Jacob Black]

Jacob was just coming home from rounds in the forest. All went well and Jacob was more than happy to be going home to Renesmee. They were going to go somewhere today, which they haven’t done in a long time and Jacob was happy to be going somewhere with her for once instead of just staying home. His smile radiated from his face as he approached the cottage once again. Jacob really couldn’t wait until they had a place of their own but for now Bella and Edward had been good to them so they decided to stay there.

Jacob still visited Billy once a day and sometimes Renesmee would come. Billy loved Renesmee dearly, like she was his child and Jacob was extremely happy about that. He entered the home with one turn of his wrist and entered the home. He was a bit early, but he had gotten Seth to take up his rounds for him so that he and Renesmee could spend more time together, he really liked Seth because somehow he understood even though he had never imprinted on anyone. Jacob looked around the house, it seemed empty until he heard something that made him both concerned and curious at the same time.

”Renesmee?” He asked, walking toward the sound which was coming from the bathroom. He peaked in before continuing inside and saw her crouched over the toilet, being violently sick. His eyes widened as he made strides to her and kneeled at her side, pushing her hair back as he rubbed her back.

See! I told myself I should have brought Carlisle over here last week! He shouted at himself in his head, just trying to calm Renesmee. This is getting strange, the mood swings, the odd actions, the sickness, the way she forced me not to get a doctor for her, just all very weird…wait a minute… He said in his mind, his eyes widened even more as he lost focus with the outside world. His gaze distanced as his thoughts caught up with him.

She couldn’t be….she just couldn’t be…pregnant? Wait…could she? But that would mean….when we…did that…shes having…a baby? He thought, feeling his head tilt down to look at Renesmee. His relaxed and blissful feeling just dropped down in front of him, leaving a sort of emptiness and confusing thoughts.

”Your…Having a baby.” He whispered to her, letting his breathe out with that statement.

Closing her eyes she continued to lay there, she was sick about 12 times. It was the worst bout of morning sickness she had had so far. Crouching over the toilet she held onto the side as she was sick again. She felt like crying it was so bad, tears washed down her cheeks as she once again was sick. The taste in her mouth was disgusting but she wasnt going to brush her teeth just yet. Not untill she knew it was over.

She hadnt even heard the door opening, she tried to take deep breaths forcing the sickness away. She could feel strands of her long silky auburn hair slowly falling out of the pony tail. She groaned softly and wiped at her mouth with the back of her hand. She didnt understand why she was being sick so violently. Thinking about it just made her worry. She would go see her grandfather later. She made a small mental note.

Closing her eyes, she could still feel the small tears sliding down her face. She didnt know if she was crying or if it was a result of being sick so violently. She rubbed her warm face against the cold toilet seat. It made her feel slightly better. She was getting ready to stand up when another wave washed over her. She had been on her feet when it had happened, so she had dropped to her knees without thinking.

Ignoring the crack of the tile beneath her rock hard knee she was sick again loudly. Jumping slightly as she felt a hand on her back she knew almost instantly who it was. The warm feeling of his hand was a comfort but she was also frightened about what he would say. She knew he was thinking to himself as he hadnt said anything since he had found her being sick.

She lent back with a groan once again wiping her mouth, she turned to jacob looking very pale and sickly. A sheen of sweat covered her pretty face. She looked to him, trying to gain her breath and not be sick all over him. She had felt his hand relax against her back and she frowned.

”Your…Having a baby.”

She looked at him with wide eyes. She didnt even deny it. His words had caused such a shock she had forgotten about the sicky feeling in her stomach. The sheen of sweat that made her look so ill. She just looked at him amazed, almost struck dumb.

[Jacob Black]

Jacob looked into her eyes and saw nothing but shock. Jacob himself felt shocked like both a wave of undivided joy, love, and worry washed over him like the most powerful wave in the sea. He pulled back slightly and felt his eyes wander back to Renesmee still on the toilet and the hallway slowly as he stumbled from out of the bathroom. She did look rather sickly, yes but he knew what was wrong with her now.

He didn’t understand why he didn’t notice the signs earlier, why he didn’t pay attention to the symptoms. Jake moved with one hand brushing against the wall as he approached his room. Jake just needed to gather his mind, too much at one time. All different situations floated into his mind, making him want to just press pause and take some time to get it. He found himself in the room and let his body slide down the wall, back against it.

He closed his eyes and just focused on getting back his control from his mind. Jake just didn’t believe it, so many questions to ask her. He wondered how long she had known and if she didn’t tell him at first because if she did he couldn’t really blame her for being scared. Maybe that’s why she was acting so weird the other day when he wanted to get her grandfather. Oh Jacob knew it was more than a cold but Renesmee had captured his mind totally which made him believe it, like it was so true. She was hypnotizing.

No matter what he still loved her and he would always keep that promise. Actually the more Jacob thought about it he was starting to get even more excited and willing about the baby. He really was happy to be a father, well he would be when that time came he just didn’t believe it. Renesmee never denied it so it must have been true. By the time Jacob gathered his mind he found a smile gleaming from his face like a happy kid at the candy store. He started chuckling quietly which gained volume as he got more and more of the reality back. Oh how very great this would be, it really was a beautiful thing.

She watched as he slowly backed out of the room, a mixture of confusion and hurt crossed her face. She knew that this was going to happen. She couldnt find her voice to call his name, She watched him walk away, she listened closely to hear where he was going. She felt her heart slowly tearing with each step. She knew if he walked out the door that it was the end, she wouldnt have the baby she would go right to Carlisle and have him take it out of her.

The tears that hadnt ffallen before where falling now. Her throat was all chocked up with sobs. She slammed the bathroom door shut and just sat there on the floor crying. She hadnt heard the door open or close but then again she hadnt heard him come in either. She just lay on the floor of the bathroom crying. The sickness was still there she could feel it bubbling up her throat. She tried to push it back down but couldnt. Missing the toilet she got it over the floor. She sighed to herself through her tears. Wiping it up with a cloth. She knew she would have to fix it later.

She wanted nothing more than to have Jake here holding her. Telling her it was okay and she wasnt to cry. That the baby was theres and he was happy to become a dad. Everytime her mind flickered back to it more tears slid down her face. Slowly but shakily getting up, she flushed the toilet and wiped her mouth. She knew exactly where she was going now. She was going to see her grandad to get him to take the child out of her so Jake wouldnt have to leave.

She brushed her teeth slowly fighting back the sickness with ease. She shakily walked out of the bathroom. Wiping the tears, she stumbled through to the living room. She wanted someone to talk to, to listen to how she was feeling right now. But she knew that that would mean telling more people, loosing them in the process. She sat on the couch for a little while trying to gather herself together. Her legs shook, and the sweaty sheen had just gotten worse. She was much paler than before and she still smelt like sick even though she had brushed her teeth.

[Jacob Black]

Jacob finally gathered and stored his happiness inside of him as he rose from the floor, a bright smile gleaming from his face. His eyes were watered now with a few tear drops that slipped from his eyes. He whipped them off and started to go find Renesmee.

”Nessie!” he said, running to the bathroom to see know one there. He turned around and heard sobbing coming from the living room. Jacob started toward it, calling her name once again as he got closer to her, still smiling and his heart was still singing like a happy bird on a springs day. He saw her crying, trying to consol herself over what he didn’t understand, everything was perfect. This was a great thing! The only horrible part was telling Edward, Bella, and the whole family. Jacob was more worried over Edward than anyone really, he would be mad…maybe. Jacob ran to Renesmee and sat on the couch next to her, placing his arms around her and pulling her to him.

”Oh Renesmee that’s great!” He cried happily, moving his hand to her face which was covered in sweat. Jacob got up and wet a paper towel with cold water and took strides back to her, dabbing the cool paper towel around her face.

”Renesmee whats the problem? That’s perfect! Absolutely wonderful.” He chuckled as he finished whipping off her sweaty face. He hoped that would make her feel better, at least a little bit. He brought her into his arms once again and hugged her close, kissing her cheek as he did so.

Leaning back on the couch, She tried to control the sobs that continued to break from her throat. She closed her eyes leaning her face against the pillow. She wasnt listening properly so she thought Jacob had left. She didnt know what to do now, she was torn between keeping the baby and loosing jacob or loosing the baby and keeping Jacob. She just wanted him to be happy, to enjoy the fact he was going to be a dad and to be excited about the small child now growing steadyly within her.

Hearing her name she sat up, looking around she frowned. With the tears still falling she couldnt properly make out the voice that was calling her name. She looked to the door and saw Jacob, a smile on his handsome face she looked at him confused. She didnt understand. one second he was edging away from her like she had become some sort of monster and the next he was practically skipping towards her with a cheesy grin on his face.

Feeling his arms around her she closed her eyes, not really focusing about him not wanting the child anymore. She just hugged into him, his warm arms around her drawing her close made her feel happy. The tears still slowly made there way down her face but she just ignored them, she was happy to be where she was. Pushing all the bad thoughts from her head she sighed, the sickly taste still in her mouth.

”Oh Renesmee that’s great!” She looked up at him confused, at his excited look. Feeling the cool wet cloth on her sweaty head she closed her eyes once again. She didnt know if she was dreaming or not. Maybe she had passed out and the cloth was just being dabbed to her forehead by her grandad or something. She didnt know, but she wasnt going to make an attempt to wake up if she was unconcious.

”Renesmee whats the problem? That’s perfect! Absolutely wonderful.” The cloth was taken away and his arms took place around her again. She felt his warm smooth lips touch on her flushed cheek. "D....dont leave me." She croaked, her voice was thick with emotion. "Y..your suppost to be happy... its our baby. a bit of me and you." She whispered. More tears sliding down her face. She just lay in his arms in her dreamy state.

Jacob felt another roll of laughter rise from his chest as he leaned back to look at her. He took her by the shoulders gently and kept a smile on his face, the more he thought of the baby the more he couldn’t wait. Jacob shook his head and stopped laughing so that he was only talking with a little bit of a chuckle in his voice.

”Renesmee, when I said it was going to be me and you forever I meant it. I won’t be mad at you for having a baby! It wasn’t just your fault Ness! We both did it together and If you think I’m going to leave you for this wonderful thing then you are crazy.” He laughed, putting a hand on the side of her cheek as he pushed his lips onto hers. He leaned back just enough to speak and looked Renesmee in those beautiful chocolate brown eyes of hers.

”Ness I’m more than happy, I can’t wait to be a father!” He said putting a hand onto the tiny lump on her stomach with care as he rubbed it. Jacob wondered if it was a boy or a girl, not like it mattered just as long as he or she was healthy. It was amazing how something so small, something that wasn’t even alive yet could have captured his heart in a matter of minutes. Jacob looked back up to Renesmee and took both her hands in his, rubbing them with his thumb.

”Nessie, I will never leave you, no matter what. Partners in crime till he end.” He chuckled softly.

She looked up at him confused, she didnt know why he was laughing on such a serious matter. She was almost certain she was dreaming now. She felt like hitting herself in the face to try and wake up, she felt his hands on her shoulders she looked up to his face again and tilted her head to the side. She was trying so hard to understand yet her head was in so much of a muddle she didnt know if she was coming or going. It was so confusing for her, she sighed softly and looked down at her slightly rounded stomach.

”Renesmee, when I said it was going to be me and you forever I meant it. I won’t be mad at you for having a baby! It wasn’t just your fault Ness! We both did it together and If you think I’m going to leave you for this wonderful thing then you are crazy.” She smiled softly through the many tears. She sniffed loudly, clearing her throat she pushed the tears away. She smiled as he cupped her face in his hands. She pressed her lips to his too, loving the feeling. She had missed the feeling of his lips on hers, and at a time like this it made her feel so much better.

Looking deep into his eyes as he held her face in his cupped hands. She smiled again softly. The tears had stopped, yet the sickly feeling remained but she knew that would never leave. Not till the baby was born anyways. She bit down on her lip wondering how to break it to her father, she knew it was going to be so much difficult than it was with Jacob. She knew deep down that Jake would be happy, yet the bad thoughts always kept on top. But she knew for sure her parents where going to flip.

”Ness I’m more than happy, I can’t wait to be a father!" She grinned dazzlingly. Feeling his hand on her small bump, she looked up to his eyes and grinned. She couldnt contain her excitement. Before only she could feel excited but now they can feel excited together. She placed her small hand over his and cuddled into him. She held onto his hands tight, the smile never slipping from her face. She nodded her head as he said they where together till the end, the smile still beeming off her face.

"I.... i was so scared Jake, i thought you would be angry with me. I would have told you sooner but i was so frightened.... " She said softly, lowering her head as if ashamed. If she knew he was going to react like this she would have told him as soon as she found out but she thought he would have left so she had tried to delay it as much as possible.

[Jacob Black]

”Don’t worry about it honey.” He smiled, raising her chin back to where it was before she dropped it. ”I probably would have been scared of myself to.” He smirked, dropping his hand from her chin as he returned it to her hand.

At least the truth had finally been revealed, now Jacob didn’t have to be concerned about what was wrong with her. Now he had to be concerned about the baby and Renesmee. Now he would try to spend time with and keep a good eye on Renesmee.

”How far along are you?” He asked, becoming curious. He hoped not too far along, then there would be a large rush to get everything ready but at the same time he couldn’t wait to see the child. Jacob felt the excitement boil up in his soul, like he just couldn’t wait any longer. Jacob looked to the small bump on Renesmee’s torso. This brought back some memories of the time he had seen her mother pregnant with her.

That was just excruciating, it really was. The memories still made Jacob cringe. It happened for a reason though, without that he would not have Renesmee, he wouldn’t be as happy as he was right now. Jake just didn’t think about it, he wouldn’t ruin the happy moment. The bump wasn’t that large, therefore it couldn’t be that far along.

She smiled looking up to his face, she cuddled into him. Feeling his heart thump beaneath her she thought about the baby. She wondered if its heart was beating yet, she had tried to listen to it before but had found nothing. She had still got to go get an ultrasound with her grandad. Now Jacob could come with her and hold her hand. She sighed happily, nuzzling into his warm chest.

"How far along are you?” " She looked up to his face and grinned softly. She placed there hands back down onto the small bump. "About three weeks?" She said softly. She kissed his cheek softly, and then looked to where she had placed there hands. His warm hand against her own colder hand. They looked so completely different yet they where ment for each other.

She new he was excited by the way he was acting, it made her feel so much releif. She had been so scared that he would be angry and leave her that she had waited almost three weeks to tell him. She lent her head against his chest, the sicky feeling taking over again. She looked to jake and her face twinged slightly green. "Um... Jake i feel sick again." She said softly.

Renesmee said it had only been 3 weeks. Jacob smiled, wow only 3 weeks huh? Well Renesmee was a hybrid, he wondered how long this child was going to take to develop. He would have to ask Carlisle about that when they went to him. It was good having a doctor in the family, at least then theres one less person they had to tell their secret to. Jacob felt his hand being pulled onto the bump on her stomach. He smirked at Renesmee and rubbed the bump and her hand at the same time.

”Wow, that wonderful darling.” He gleamed, smiling widely. As she curled herself more into his chest Jacob took his other arm and put it around her, hugging her closer to his body as he saw her face twitch into a sickly look. Right the morning sickness, Jacob completely forgot about that. It must have sucked to do that. Jacob looked down to Renesmee as she spoke.

”Oh, right.” He said, moving his hand from her stomach to below her legs as he picked her up bridal style carefully. He had to be more careful with her now because of the child, he couldn’t just go swinging her around like he normally did. Jacob flashed her a smile before continuing down the hall toward the bathroom quickly but with care.

”If this kid hurts you too much just tell me and its grounded the minute it escapes.” He smirked, entering the bathroom as he set her down carefully by the toilet.

She smiled and hugged into him tightly. His warm arms made her feel so safe, she didnt want to leave them. She knew that Jake would protect her and the baby, and she was glad she had him. She couldnt have asked for a better fiancee. She rubbed her hands across the bump just like he was, it was so relaxing. She felt slightly tired, but the sickly feeling was keeping her from sleeping.

She clutched to his chest as he lifted her up bridal style. She chuckled softly her arms wrapped around his neck. "Is this what your going to do on our wedding night?" She chuckled softly. Her face still looking slightly green. She hated morning sickness, it had to be the worst thing about pregnancy. She took a few deep breaths trying to fight the sickness back. She didnt want it to ruin there day they had planned.

”If this kid hurts you too much just tell me and its grounded the minute it escapes.” She laughed again, leaning against the toilet. She groaned softly and was sick once more. "Its not hurting me... its just making me sick." She said softly. Wiping her mouth she sighed softly. " dont think it likes me." She said softly.
